Ever since I was a little girl, I remember always wanting to know what made people tick and what Life was all about. I wanted to know the answers to: Why am I here? What's my purpose?

In order to answer those questions (Why am I here? What's my purpose?) for myself, I've pursued a life of learning and discovery. I'm a seeker. I've done a lot of therapy, attended many personal growth workshops, did 12 step work for food addiction, got a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology, read numerous self-help books, and hired professional coaches along the way. I'm also happily married for the past 23 years to my husband, John and we have 2 amazing children, Connor & Cayden. We live in Los Angeles, CA. My family is my biggest inspiration and greatest teachers.

Through my educational, spiritual pursuit, I've embraced what it means to be a soul having a human experience. I'm a champion of the human spirit—the beauty, the adventure, the complexity, the messiness of it all.

In my work, I partner with my clients in their own self-discovery, to support them in answering those bigger questions for themselves. I help them in getting comfortable with being uncomfortable, stepping into greater levels of leadership (personally & professionally), and doing the inner work to shift mindsets in order to have a different outward experience.
